Description
English: Buildings on the northern side of the 500 block of Market Street (U.S. Route 40) in downtown Brownsville, Pennsylvania, United States. Note the former Brashear House, an inn built in 1797 that served as lodging for such politicians as Andrew Jackson and Henry Clay. This block is part of the Brownsville Northside Historic District, a historic district that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
