Original historic description: 

Bremen, Avery Brundage eingetroffen Scherl: Der Präsident des amerikanischen Olympia-Komitees in Deutschland eingetroffen. Mit dem Schnelldampfer "Bremen" des Norddeutschen Lloyd sind soeben der Präsident des amerikanischen Olympia-Komitees, Avery Brundage, sowie der Schatzmeister des Komitees Gustav Kirby und das Vorstandsmitglied Dietrich Wortmann zu den olympischen Spielen in Deutschland eingetroffen. Die Gäste wurden vom Senat der Hansestadt Bremen feierlich empfangen und mit einem Ehrentrunk begrüßt.
