English: Buckwheat cake is a speciality in the Lüneburger Heide. Sponge cake bases are baked from buckwheat flour and then spread with cream and cranberry jam. The finished cake is decorated with chocolate flakes. Photographed in the restaurant Gasthaus Zum Heidemuseum, Wilsede.
