Description
English: While Bud Uanna was the Chief of the Division of Physical Security at the U. S. Department of State it was discovered that State Department Security Officers did not have the legal right to carry firearms outside the District of Columbia. This situation was remedied by Public Law 104, 84th Congress, First Session paragraph 2. In ATTACHMENT A to Bud Uanna's Foreign Service Essay #15 it says he "Established a Firearms Program".
