Description The Building at 300 North Commercial Street in Trinidad, Colorado. Built in 1888 the brick building with its sides covered with aluminum siding has been known as the Sipe Building and the Trinidad Industrial Bank Building, and the building has been used or owned by the Trinidad Creamery Company and the Frontier Power Company. At the time the picture was taken, the building housed the office of Griego Insurance. The building is a contributing property in the Corazón de Trinidad historic district in Trinidad, Colorado. The district was established and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
