English: Bulakenyo farmers Palay drying with Walis Tingting in Barangay Santa Lucia, Angat, Bulacan along the Angat-Doña Remedios Trinidad Road (Angat section) public transport in the Philippines during the COVID-19 pandemic (Note: DPWH Department Order (DO) 43, Series of 2013, prohibits the drying of crops or farm produce such as palay (unhusked unmilled rice) in national highways (Section 23 of Presidential Decree No. 17, which revised the Philippine Highway Act of 1953).
