Die Verfassungsfeier in Berlin fand unter Beisein des Reichspräsidenten im Lustgarten am 11. August statt. Der Reichspräsident nahm dort die Parade von 7.000 Schutzpolizisten ab. Der Reichspräsident in der Ehrenloge des Reichstages während der Verfassungsfeier dortselbst.
