Lebensretter, welche zusammen 206 Personen vor dem Tode retteten. Eine schöne und edle Tat ist es, seinen Mitmenschen aus Lebensgefahr unter Zurücksetzung seines eigenen Lebens zu retten. Der deutsche Segelflieger Hans Richter erhielt die Rettungsmedaille, weil er 4 Menschenleben vor dem Tode des Ertrinkens rettete.
