For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin, Parochialkirche, Ruine Illus Richter 2.5.51 Berlins Denkmalskirchen werden wieder aufgebaut. Der demokratische Magistrat von Groß-Berlin hat für 1951 größere Beträge für die Wiedererrichtung der durch anglo-amerikanische Bomben zerstörten Kirchen bereitgestellt. UBz: Als Schwerpunkt im Kirchenbauprogramm gilt die Parochialkirche. Noch 1951 soll das gesamte Kirchenschiff wieder ein Dach erhalten. Der Turm ist auf ein späteres Bauprogramm vertagt und wird auch wieder ein Glockenspiel bekommen.
