Befähigte Kinder von Arbeitern und Bauern aus allen Teilen der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik studieren an der Deutschen Hochschule für Körperkultur in Leipzig, um eines Tages als Sportlehrer und Sportmeister den demokratischen Aufbau in der DDR zu unterstützen.
