For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB Senft 11.5.82 Berlin: Schöne DDR-Auf der Köpenicker Schloßinsel künden die blühenden Kaiserkronen vom Frühling. Spaziergänger wissen die Ruhe diese gepflegten kleinen Parks auf der Insel zwischen zwei Dahme-Armen und Wassergräben zu schätzen. Sei können auch die Schloßkapelle (Hintergrund) betrachten, die von 1682-1685 nach Entwürfen von J.A. Nehring erbaut und 1973 restauriert wurde. Heute erklingen an dieser historischen Stätte Kammerkonzerte. |
