ADN-ZB Grubitzsch 7.2.1983 Leipzig: Richard-Wagner-Tage der DDR vom 7.-13.2.1983-Diese Bronzebüste Richard Wagners entstand nach einer Vorlage des Bildhauers Max Klinger und fand ihren Platz am Schwanenteich der Messestadt. 1904 wurde von der Gipsvorlage bereits eine Marmorbüste geschaffen, die im Leipziger Musikzimmer auf der Weltausstellung in St. Louis stand und 1912 in den Bestand des Wallraf-Richartz-Museums in Köln überging. |
