For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zillbach, Baumschule, Anpflanzen ADN-ZB Schaar 28.10.1985 pe Bez. Suhl: Forstbaumschule - Forstarbeiter der Baumschule "Heinrich Cotta" in Zillbach bei Meiningen sind zur Zeit damit beschäftigt, zweijährige Fichtensämlinge auszupflanzen. Dazu nutzen sie die von Traktoren gezogenen Pflanzmaschinen. Alle 55 Forstbaumschulen der DDR ziehen auf insgesamt 1 300 Hektar Baumnachwuchs heran. Damit können jährlich rund 23.000 Hektar Wälder aufgeforstet werden. (siehe 4 N)
