Cottbus, Stadtzentrum, Wendisches Viertel, Neubau ADN-ZB Weißflog 24.4.86 Cottbus: Innenstädtischen Bauen-Eine architektonisch gute Lösung wurde im Stadtzemtrum von Cottbus beim Aufbau des Wendischen Viertels gefunden. Harmonisch fügen sich die Neubauten des speziell für innerstädtische Bedingungen entwickelten Häusertyps der WBK Cottbus in die Fassadengestaltung der rekonstruierten Bürgerhäuser ein. Gaststätten und moderne Verkaufseinrichtungen bereichern die Altstadt. Seit 1981 wurden im Bezirk Cottbus über 45.000 Wohnungen neugebaut und modernisiert.
