Dresden, Neubauten, Winter ADN-ZB Häßler 10.2.87 Dresden: Wohnungsbau - Große städtebauliche Veränderungen vollzogen sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten in Dresden nach der Zerstörung vor 42 Jahren. Seit 1986 wohnen 221.000 Bürger, das sind rund 43 Prozent, in einer neugebauten oder modernisierten Wohnung.
