For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin-Hellersdorf, Kanal, Bauarbeiter Zum ADN-Beitrag "Solide Arbeit unter der Erde" vom 21.8.1987 ADN-ZB Uhlemann 21.8.1987 Berlin: Jugendbrigade aus dem Bezirk Gera.- Ralf Eckner aus der Jugendbrigade "Ernst Thälmann" vom Straßen-, Brücken- und Tiefbaukombinat Gera, Betriebsteil Scheilz, mauert Kontrollschächte, wo sich Leitungen kreuzen. Wenn die Gräben zugeschüttet sind, bleiben von der Arbeit der Jugendbrigade in der Regel nur noch Kanaldeckel sichtbar. Gegenwärtig ist das "Hervorragende Jugendkollektiv der DDR" in Hellersdorf tätig. Die Männer um Jugendbrigadier Andreas Titze haben alle Kollektive ihres Bezirkes im zentralen Jugendobjekt "FDJ-Initiative Berlin" aufgerufen, Höchstleitungsschichten zu fahren. - siehe auch 1987-0821-12N und 13N -
