ADN-ZB Schaar 18.9.1987 Suhl: Suhl ist eine Reise wert, das stellen jährlich viele Urlauber und Touristen fest, die die rund 50.000 Einwohner zählende Stadt am Südwestrand des Thüringer Waldes im Tal der Lauter und der Hasel besuchen. Seit 35 Jahren Bezirksstadt sind hier handwerkliche Traditionen wie die Jagdwaffenherstellung, die bis in das 16. Jahrhundert zurückreicht, und neuere Produktionsrichtungen wie die Fahrzeugindustrie vereint.
