Dresden, Botanischer Garten, Nadelholzstubben ADN-ZB Hiekel 2.8.1989 Dresden: Dieser etwa 30 Millionen Jahre alte, aus der Zeit des Tertiär stammende verkieselte Nadelholzstubben erhielt seinen Platz im Botanischen Garten der Stadt. Er war im Braunkohlentagebau Espenhain geborgen worden, wiegt 3,8 Tonnen und hat einen Durchmesser von zwei Metern.
