200 Häuser aus Trümmerschutt in Selbsthilfeaktion In der Merheimer Heide bei Köln entsteht zwischen Autobahn und Sportplätzen aus Trümmerschutt eine grosse Werktätigen-Siedlung. Jeder Arbeiter, der bei dieser Selbsthilfeaktion mitbaut, erhält ein Haus mit drei Zimmern, Küche, Bad, Veranda und Stall für Haustiere mit ca. 600 qm Gartenland. 60 dieser Siedlungshäuser sind Ende des Jahres bezugsfertig. Sie kosten 7.000.-- DM. Die monatliche Abschreibung beträgt zwischen 34.-- und 55.-- DM. Unser Bild zeigt den Bau der Siedlung, die aus Trümmerschutt-Würfelsteinen errichtet wird. 5-8-49
