For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
VEG Groß-Stieten, Traktoristen Zentralbild Pietsch 2.9.1953 Volksgut Groß-Stieten im Erntewettbewerb Das volkseigene Gut Groß-Stieten im Kreis Wismar steht im Erntewettbewerb, der am 31.8.53 abgeschlossen wurde, an zweiter Stelle, . Zur Herbstbestellung haben die Traktoristen sich verplfichtet, im innerbetrieblichen Wettbewerb 290 ha Saatfurche zu ziehen. - Jeder einzelne Traktorist muss 50 ha bearbeiten und für jeden Hektar, den er mehr schafft , erhält er 5.- DM Prämie. Das Plügen der Saatfuche wird nur nachts durchgeführt. UBz: ( vlnr) Die Traktoriesten Karl Harting, Gerhard Teichmann, Bruno Karl und der Leiter der Polit-abteilung Gabriel diskutieren über den innerbebrieblichen Wettbewerb.
