Zentralbild Höhne-Pohl 24.9.1953 Das erste Standard-Kühlhaus in der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik In Dresden auf dem Schlachthofgelände wurde in einer Bauzeit von einem Jahr das erste Standard-Kühlhaus der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik fertiggestellt. Das Kühlhaus ist mit den neusten technischen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. In einem Gefriertunnel mit 25-30 Grad unter Null und in Schnellgefrierhallen wird das Frischfleisch in einem Tag eingefroren, während bisher fünf bis sechs Tage gebraucht wurden. In den Lagerhallen bis zum fünften Stock, in denen zwei bis drei Grad unter Null sind, liegen große Mengen von Schmalz und Talg, die in letzter Zeit aus der Sowjetunion geliefert wurden. |
