For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Magdeburg, SAG Meßgeräte - und Armaturenwerk "Karl Marx"
Zentralbild Biscan 28.9.1953 SAG Meßgeräte - und Armaturenwerk "Karl Marx" wird volkseigen Nach dem freundschaftlichen Abkommen zwischen den Regierungen der Sowjetunion und der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik gehört auch das Meßgerät- und Armaturenwerk "Karl Marx" in MAgdeburg zu den Betrieben, die bisher unter sowjetischer Verwaltung standen und ab 1.1.1954 dem deutschen Volke gehören werden. Unter sowjetischer Leitung wurde der Betrieb, der durch anglo-amerikanische Bombenangriffe schwer gelitten hatte, wiederaufgebaut und auf Friedensproduktion umgestellt. Die Erzeugnisse dieses Werkes werden in viele Länder exportiert und erfreuen sich großer Beliebtheit. UBz: Blick auf den Betrieb IV des Karl-Marx-Werkes, die Stahlgiesserei und den Schieberbau. |
