For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Friemar, Aussaat Zentralbild TBD-Schmidt He-Qu 1 Mot. 3.11.1954.-2563-Fliessbandsystem zur Hackfruchternte. Durch die Anwendung des Fiessbandsystems in der Herbstbestellung waren die Koll. der MTS Wangenheim Kreis Gotha in der Lage, 13.5 ha innerhalb von zwei Tagen zu bearbeiten. Weitere 40 ha werden bis zum 15.11.54 von der MTS nach der sowjetischen Fliessbandmethode vom Düngerstreuer bis zur Bestellung hintereinander in einem Arbeitsgang bearbeitet. UBz: Die Brigade der Deutsch-Sowjetischen Freundschaft der MTS Wangenheim auf dem Rübenfeld des örtlichen Landwirtschaftsbetriebes Friemar. V.v.n.h. Trakorist Rad beim Düngerstreuen mit Krubber und Egge, Traktorist Werner Wehrmann mit dem Bauern Bradel und dem Landarbeiter Weidemüller mit der Drillmaschine und gekuppelter Egge.
