Der ungebrochene Aufbauwille der Überlebenden und der neu Hinzugezogenen lassen Dresden modern aber in alter architektonischer Schönheit wiedererstehen. UBz: Das neue Wohnhaus für die Studenten der Technischen Hochschule in der Reichenbachstrasse ist kurz seiner Vollendung. (Aufgenommen im Januar 1955).
