For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Berlin, Marienkirche Zentralbild Hesse Ro-Th 19.12.1955 Pressevertreter besichtigen Rotes Rathaus Am 19.12.1955 fand im Roten Rathaus in Berlin eine Pressekonferenz mit anschließender Besichtigung des neu aufgebauten Hauses statt. Die Pressevertreter hatten erstmalig Gelegenheit den Turm des Gebäudes zu besichtigen. Leider gestattete das ungünstige Wetter keinen besonderen Ausblick auf die Stadt. UBz: Blick vom Roten Rathaus auf die Stadt. Im Vordergrund die Marienkirche.
