For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Zentralbild-Beyer Bey-Krz. 11.3.1956 Briesker Überraschungssieg beim Punktspielauftakt - Am Sonntag, dem 11.3.1956, begann die Punktspielsaison der Fußballer. Im Berliner Walter-Ulbricht-Stadion standen sich am ersten Spieltag Dynamo Berlin und Aktivist Brieske gegenüber. Dabei gab es die erste Überraschung, denn der favorisierende Gastgeber musste mit 2:1 die Überlegenheit von Aktivist anerkennen. UBz: Brieske ist durchgebrochen, aber bevor Rechtsaußen Pietrczak (rechts) flanken kann, hat ihm der Dynamoverteidiger Bock das Leder abgejagt.
