For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild / Schlegel / Weiß-Noa / 3.5.1957 / Oberwiera entfaltete sich zu einem sozialistischen Dorf
Mit 18 Mitgliedern und 118ha landwirtschaftlicher Nutzfläche wurde im Jahre 1953 die LPG "Freundschaft" in Oberwiera, Kreis Glauchau, gegründet. Bis zum Jahre 1956 hat sie sich so weit entwickelt, das sie jetzt 126 Mitglieder zählt und 610ha landwirtschaftlicher Nutzfläche besitzt. Durch staatliche Kredite in Höhe von 850.000 DM (850000) konnte die LPG einen neuen Schweinestall, einen neuen Kuhstall, eine Wäscherei, einen Kindergarten und 3 Eigenheime schaffen. Das gesamte Vermögen der LPG betrug im Jahre 1953 180.000 DM (180000) und ist bis zum Jahre 1956 auf 1 800.000 DM (1 800 000) angestiegen. Zur LPG "Freundschaft" gehören jetzt 48 bäuerliche Betriebe in Oberwiera und einigen Nebengemeinden. UBz: Am Vortag des 1.Mai zogen 92 Rinder in einem neuerbauten Rinderstall ein Viehzuchtbrigadier Paul Opitz beim Anhängen der Kühe im neuen Kuhstall. |
