Zentralbild Löwe 18.7.1958 Der Wiederaufbau Dresdens. Walter Ulbricht gab in seinem Referat auf dem V. Parteitag der SED auch die Entwicklungsrichtung für den Wiederaufbau zerstörter Städte. Für Dresden bezieht sich das vor allem auf den schnellen Wiederaufbau der Stadtzentrums.
