Gerhard Krüger Zentralbild Drowski 1.10.1958 Schafft Gerhard Krüger den Weltrekord? Der mehrfache gesamtdeutsche Champion Trabrennfahrer Gerhard Krüger fuhr am 1.10.1958 in Karlshorst seinen zweihundertsten diesjährigen Sieg mit der Traberstute Asta in einem Rennen über 2000 m-. Gerhard Krüger will in diesem Jahr dem Weltrekord von Hans Frömming aus der Vorkriegszeit mit 246 Siegen in einem Jahr das Lebenslicht ausblasen, nachdem er 1957 mit 207 Siegen in einem Jahr um einen Sieg besser war als Charlie Mills, der mit 206 Siegen zuvor an zweiter Stelle in der Weltbestenliste rangierte. UBz: Während des Rennens mit der Traberstute Asta.
