For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Lohsdorf, Kunstaustellung in der Dorfakademie Zentralbild Thomas 18.7.1959 Dorfakademie in Lohsdorf Krs. Sebnitz. Bei der Eröffnung der Dorfakademie in Lohsdorf Krs. Sebnitz (4. Juli 1959) wurde eine Ausstellung von Werken aus der Dresdner Gemäldegalerie (Reproduktionen) gezeigt. Durch die Ausstellung führte der Maler und Grafiker Dr. Hanns Georgi, wobei sich lebhafte Diskussionen entwickelten. Rund 30% aller Bürger der Gemeinde Lohsdorf sind Hörer der Dorfakademie. UBz: In der Ausstellung v.l.n.r: Genossenschaftsbauer Gustav Müller, Einzelbauer Marx, Genossenschaftsbauer Gierth, Lehrer Heinze, Dr. Georgi, Genossenschaftsbauer Böhme.
