For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Mellahn Me-Noa 10.11.1959 Erste vollautomatische Profil-Schweißmaschine entwickelt. Die erste in der DDR entwickelte vollautomatische Profil-Schweißmaschine wird gegenwärtig in der Wismarer Mathias-Thesen-Werft erprobt. Mit Hilfe dieser von einem Kollektiv der Aussenstelle Warnemünde des Zentralinstituts für Schweißtechnik in nur acht Monaten konstruierten und gebauten Anlage, können Profile bis zu eine Steghöhe vom 380 Millimetern vollmechanisiert gefertigt werden. Gegenüber dem herkömmlichen Verfahren, das in mehrere handwerkliche Arbeitsgänge unterteilt war, verringern sich die Kosten auf ein Drittel un die Arbeitsproduktivität steigt durch eine Schweißgeschwindigkeit von 1 Meter pro Minute beträchtlich. Der hohe Nutzen dieser Anlage wird daran deutlich, dass allein in einer Werft jährlich etwa 70 000 Meter Profile benötigt werden. Der Abteilungsleiter der Lehrschweißerei der Werft, Walter Dettmann und der Schweißerlehrling Elfriede Marten bei der Erprobung des Gerätes. |
