Vorführung eines Baggers zur Melioration Zentralbild Mellahn 2.4.1960 Neue Maschinen für Melioration. In der MTS Friesack, Kreis Nauen, dem zentralen Konsultationspunkt für Mechanisierung der Meliorationsarbeiten fand dieser Tage eine Vorführung der neuesten Maschinen auf dem Gebiet der Melioration statt. Landwirtschaftsexperten aus allen Teilen der Republik holten sich hier wertvolle Anregungen für die erweiterte Mechanisierung der Melioration für ihren Bezirk. UBz: Der Universalbagger UB 20 ist vom Schwermaschinenbau Nobas - Nordhausen konstruiert. Alle Arbeitsbewegungen - außer der Dreh- und Fortbewegung, die noch mechanisch erfolgen- sind hydraulisch. Das Gerät kann mit Hoch- und Tieflöffel arbeiten; das Einsatzgewicht beträgt 8 to. Zum Antrieb dient ein 34 PS luftgekühlter Dieselmotor. Die 10-Stunden-Schichtleistung bei dem Einsatz von 3 manuellen Arbeitskräften für die Nacharbeit beim Binnengrabenbau 160-210 m³.
