Zentralbild/Zühlsdorf 20.4.1960 Hauptverhandlung gegen Theodor Oberländer eröffnet Vor dem 1. Strafsenat des Obersten Gerichts der DDR in Berlin hat am 20.4.1960 die Hauptverhandlung gegen den Bonner Minister Theodor Oberländer begonnen. Die Anklageschrift des Generalstaatsanwalts ist dem Angeklagten rechtzeitig zugestellt worden. Oberländer hat maßgeblich die faschistische Aggressionspolitik zur Ausrottung und Versklavung der osteuropäischen Völker unterstützt und an der Vernichtung des Lebens zahlloser Menschen mitgewirkt. UBz. Blick in den Verhandlungssaal. Im Gericht (Mitte) der Vorsitzende Dr. Gustav Jahn, (links neben ihm) Beisitzer Professor Dr. Joachim Renneberg. Ganz rechts die Vertreter der Anklagebehörde: Gernot Windisch und Werner Funk. Amtierender Generalstaatsanwalt der DDR (stehend). Ganz links: der Stuhl des Angeklagten.
