Chemnitz, Stadtzentrum, Wohnhochhaus Zentralbild Gahlbeck 17.8.1963 Nl-Qu. Rechenschaftslegung des Bezirkstages Karl-Marx-Stadt. Zu einer eindrucksvollen Erfolgsbilanz gestaltete sich am 16.8.1963 im Kultursaal des VEB Großdrehmaschinenbau "8.Mai" in Karl-Marx-Stadt die 25. Sitzung des Bezirkstages Karl-Marx-Stadt in der dieser Rechenschaft über die seit 1958 geleistete Arbeit ablegte. UBz: Bildmaterial über Erfolge, die im Rechenschaftsbericht des Bezirkstages genannt wurden. Zu den zahlreichen Wohnungsneubauten von Karl-Marx-Stadt gehört auch ein zwölfgeschossiges Wohnhochhaus (Hintergrund) im Zentrum der Stadt.
