In dem neuen Wärmekraftwerk im Bezirk Leipzig, das in sozialistischer Zusammenarbeit zwischen Spezialisten und Ausrüstungsbetrieben aus der DDR, der Sowjetunion, der Volksrepublik Polen und der Ungarischen Volksrepublik entsteht, werden erstmalig in der DDR sowjetische 200-MW-Blockeinheiten installiert werden.
