Zentralbild Liebers Tele 2.10.68 Erfurt: 12. Parteitag der CDU eröffnet. Die herzlichsten Grüße des ZK der SED und seines Ersten Sekretärs, dem Vorsitzenden des Staatsrates der DDR, Walter Ulbricht, überbrachte am 2.10.68 das Mitglied des Politbüros des ZK der SED, Hermann Matern (r.) dem Parteitag der CDU. Nachdem Hermann Matern dem Parteitag die Grüße übermittelt hatte, überreichte er die Grußadresse dem Vorsitzenden der CDU, Gerald Götting (l.).
