Die Kommission des Staatsrates der DDR für die öffentliche Diskussion des "Entwurfs des Beschlusses zur weiteren Gestaltung des Systems der Planung und Leitung der wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung, der Versorgung und Betreuung der Bevölkerung in den Bezirken, Kreisen, Städten und Gemeinden" beriet am 10.2.1970 im Amtssitz des Staatsrates. Die Beratung wurde vom Vorsitzenden der Kommission, Minister Fritz Scharfenstein, geleitet.
