For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB-Koard-29.10.1973-bi-Moskau: Weltkongreß der Friedenskräfte. DDR-Delegation besuchte am 29. Okt. 1973 Textilkombinat "Oktober" - In der Weberei und in den Vorfertigungsabteilungen sprachen die Delegierten mit mehreren Arbeiterinnen des Kombinates, in dem 6 500 Werktätige (davon 80 Prozent Frauen), beschäftigt sind. Freundschaftliche Worte wechselten Dr. Greta Kuckhoff, Vera Oelschlegel, Karin Janz (v.r.n.l.) und weitere Mitglieder der DDR-Abordnung mit Jekaterina Tschwetschenko (l.), die bereits 32 Jahre im Betrieb beschäftigt ist, und sich von einer angelernten Kraft zur Gütekontrolleurin qualifizierte." |
