Zum Beitrag Von der Mondlandschaft zur Lausitzer Seenplatte. ADN-ZB Sturm-22.7.74-ha. Auch das gehört zur Bilanz der 25-jährigen Entwicklung der DDR: Der Braunkohlenbergbau hinterläßt keine Mondlandschaft mehr, die erst nach mehreren Jahrzehnten wieder auf natürlichem Wege regenerieren und rekultiviert werden können. Als letzten Arbeitsgang bereiten die Kumpel die langfristig geplante Nachfolgelandschaft vor. Eine Pionierleistung sozialistischer Landeskultur! UBz: Schon nicht mehr Tagebau, aber auch noch nicht Speicherbecken der Wasserwirtschaft und Ferienparadies für Urlauber, wie es der Plan vorsieht: Das Tagebaurestloch Koschener See. Um das Problem des stark eisen- und schwefelhaltigen Grundwassers, das außerordentlich aggressiv ist, zu meistern, wird einfließendes Grubenwasser gekalkt, um es zu neutralisieren. Außerdem wird das Wasser der Schwarzen Elster durch einen Durchstich das Tagebaurestloch auffüllen. In allen Tagebaurestlöchern ist das stark sulfathaltige Grundwasser ein Problem für die Landschaftsgestalter, weil es kein organisches Leben zuläßt, bevor es nicht neutralisiert ist. |
