ADN-ZB Ludwig-11.10.77 Erfurt: 97 (97) Wohnungen mehr als der Plan vorgesehen hat haben die Kollektive des WBK Erfurt bisher übergeben. Eckhardt Heuch, er ist Mitglied der SED, gelernter Maurer und Rohbaumoteur, seit 15 Jahren im Wohnungsbaukombinat beschäftigt und hat in dieser Zeit einige Kapitel in der Geschichte des Erfurter Wohnungsbaus mitgeschrieben. Wie hier im neuen Stadtgebiet Rieth-Nordhäuser Straße, in dem 1978 rund 45.000 (45.000) Menschen leben werden, war er nahezu überall dabei, wo 11geschossige Häuser gebaut wurden.
