Löwenstein, Prinz, Hubertus, 1937 Prince Hubertus Loewenstein leaves London for American Lecture Tour. Prince Hubertus Loewenstein, former leader of the German Catholic Party, who recently visited the war centres in Spain, left Waterloo Station, London, on the "Manhatten" boat train on his way to America. Prince Loewenstein has been invited as visiting Carnegie Professor by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He will give a series of lectures at American universities on constitutional law and modern European political trends. He is planning to return to London in December.
