[Berlin] Öffentlicher Prozeß gegen jugendliche Wahlsaboteure.
Am 15. Juni 1949, 9 Uhr, begann im Hause der Gasag, Neue Friedrichstr. 109-110, Saal 409, die öffentliche Verhandlung gegen neun Jugendliche, die in der Nacht zum 15. Mai in Bohnsdorf bei Grünau durch Verbreitung verleumderischer Propaganda die Wahlen zum III. Deutschen Volkskongreß zu stören versuchten. Den 19jährigen Student Jürgen Gerull ist als Urherber der Aktion angeklagt.
