For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Sonneberg, Arbeiter der KfL ADN-ZB Schaar 16.2.78 Sonneberg:Einen zweiten Beruf hat der Traktorist Harry Böttger von der LPG Unterland Heubisch in den Wintermonaten. Im Kreisbetrieb für Landtechnik Sonneberg hilft er den Landmaschinenschlosser beim umfangreichen Reparaturprogramm. Sämtliche Traktorentypen aus den Kreisen Sonneberg und Neuhaus werden hier instandgesetzt, gewartet und gepflegt. Seit zwei Jahren werden im KfL Sonneberg auch Dunglader aus dem Bezirk Erfurt grundüberholt.
