Deutsch: In der heutigen Heinrichstraße (damals Straße der Republik) im Stadtzentrum von Gera im Jahr 1981. Mit Ausnahme der Gebäude am rechten Bildrand (dem erst im Herbst 1981 eröffneten Kultur- und Kongresszentrum und dahinter dem ehemaligen Handelshof) ist heute keines der erkennbaren Bauwerke mehr vorhanden: Das Café Rendezvous (im Volksmund "Zitronenpresse") und der dahinter liegende Wohnblock in der linken Bildhälfte wichen 1997 dem Bau der Gera-Arcaden. Die Neubaublöcke in der Breitscheidstraße (Bildmitte) verschwanden kurz nach der Jahrtausendwende; das Gelände ist heute unbebaut. |
