For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB-Schaar-12.6.1981-eng-Bez. Suhl-Jugend-Neue höhere Ziele haben sich die Mitglieder der Brigade "Ernst Thälmann" aus dem VEB Modezentrum Meiningen, hier bei einer Anprobe, nach ihrer Auszeichnung als hervorragendes Jugendkollektiv der DDR gestellt. Zu ihren Verpflichtungen gehören die beträchtliche Steigerung der Arbeitsproduktivität, u.a. durch bessere Technologien und Nähtechniken, die Senkung der Selbstkosten und die Senkung der Wartezeiten für die Bevölkerung bei der Produktion modischer Maßbekleidung. |
