Description
Deutsch: „Staatssekretär Karwinsky, der im Bundeskanzleramt für die Kreierung der Staatssymbole zuständig war, beauftragte am 24. März 1934 den Wappenmaler Carl Ernst Krahl, dessen Vater Ernst Krahl schon das Staatswappen 1918/1919 künstlerisch gestaltet hatte.“[1] Dieses wurde am 3. Juli 1934 in der Wiener Zeitung abgedruckt. Die hier vorliegende Vektorgraphik basiert auf einer gescannten und manuell retuschierten Rastergraphik, die mit Inkscape vektorisiert wurde.
