English: London: Religious Tract Society [1858]. xxxii, 350p. on colophon: John Childs, and Son, printers. Book dimensions: 135x200x43mm. Gilt edges. Small floral patterns in gilt to turn-ins. Robin de Beaumont's notes are inscribed on front free endpaper, which also has his bookplate. School Prize label on upper pastedown: "Stoke Park School, Coventry." Green Morocco. Both covers blocked identically, showing panels in black to each corner. Title letters are blocked in relief within pennants. The spine has full gilt decoration, with title letters blocked in relief within an oval. The figure of a man (Christian?) is blocked in gold on the lower half of the spine.
