Summary

Description
English: Bury Lane at Alecock's Grave. No one seems to know the origin of 'Alecock's Grave', a tiny hamlet astride the A143, a mile north-east of Ixworth. Bury Lane appears to be an ancient trackway, probably the former main road as it runs parallel to the A143. It is signposted 'Stanton Rides', a series of bridleways around this area.
