| Description |
English: The back of Southern Vectis 316 Ladder Chine (SN03 LDU), a Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer 2 MPD, at Cowes Co-op, Carvel Lane, Cowes, Isle of Wight, on route 1. The photo is taken during Cowes Week in 2009, when route 1 terminated at the Co-op instead of the Red Jet terminal. Because route 1 bunches often (two buses were already at the bus stop), and taxis had parked badly reducing the room, 316's back end was blocking the road. Seen here is a car impatiently thundering across the pavement behind it. |
