Almost certainly had to be taken in the same photo session as File:Seattle Daily Star building, Seattle (CURTIS 1643).jpeg, because not only are the trees and the reflection in the window pretty much identical, the bicycle is in the exact same position. The right portion of this might even be a print from the same negative.
